Our Classes

We predominantly offer coached group classes for all ages and abilities.

Our classes include Functional training, Boxing/Hiit, and Strength. We also offer Youth classes for children aged 8-14 years old.

We welcome everyone, whether you're a beginner or already experienced there is room for everyone at MVMNT!

Functional

At MVMNT, we offer a style of workouts that is similar to CrossFit, known as Functional training.

The objective is trying to get fit and strong across all areas.

Our Functional classes include a combination of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises. By incorporating these different elements, we ensure a well-rounded and effective workout for our members.

Boxing/HIIT

Our Boxing/HIIT classes are a mixture of boxing (pads, or bags).

You’ll learn the basic skills of boxing, nothing too technical! We use boxing as a warm up for our HIIT session.

Our HIIT sessions are a good sweat up that usually consists of using dumbbells and body weights - combine both and you get a good sweat sesh and its heaps of fun!

Strength

Our Strength classes are a mixture of compound movements and typical body building movements that you may find in a conventional gym.

We do a mixture of upper and lower body moments using larger muscle groups and target smaller muscle groups to keep our bodies strong and injury free. Our classes also include some cardio and strongman training.

Youth Classes

Our classes include age-appropriate workouts that include a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbell exercises, boxing, and HIIT.

Our classes are designed to get kids moving and having fun in a safe environment with experienced coaches.

We offer these classes three times a week on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3:30pm.
