Our Story

I first started out as a woman's gym. I really wanted women to be in a safe space where we could train with no judgement, feel like we belonged somewhere and felt like we could walk in and be our true selves. I felt this was important as I had been to gyms and just felt completely out of place or that I was being judged.

I don't think there is one time that any one, especially new people that have walked in that hasn't been welcomed by myself, the coaches or our members, to me that's so special and important.

We grew quite a bit and women decided they wanted to bring husbands, I gradually let that happen and here we are today, a safe space for men and women to come train, (or not train) and laugh (alot of the time at each other)

This space is special, it's not your typical gym where everything is black and white and in order, our gym runs on heart, it's runs on our members and how we as coaches and myself as an owner makes them feel. It's not always about training for us, sometimes we just show up and want to be there and not train. A lot of us (including myself) have turned up and not trained at all but just being there does something for my mental health. I don't think we would call ourselves a community as such, more like a family or a bunch of mates that just cruise this little journey together.

Our gym is about belonging somewhere, about having a little space away from home to call yours.
